Description

Raw salami prepared with noble pork cuts. Stuffed in natural casing and slowly matured to obtain a product that is soft to the touch and pleasant to the palate. To the mixture of this salami we add sweet and spicy chili peppers to create a pleasantly appetizing flavor.

It is filled in natural casings and seasoned slowly. It is left to mature for several months because as it is without preservatives it has to be dry before it is sold.
