Arcass: here is the Arneis Passito from Cascina Chicco!
The name indicates one of the athletic gestures of the "Balon", the most traditional sport of these hills. The Arcass, the sprout, expresses the indomitable peasant pride, capable of responding, blow after blow, to any difficulty.
| Tasting | On the nose there is an aromatic prevalence of dried figs, dates, acacia honey and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is soft, enveloping and thanks to the sugar concentration it is pleasant. |
| Winemaking | From October to December the grapes stay on racks for further drying and, after pressing, ferments and ages in small wooden barrels for at least a year. |

| Refinement | Part of this wine is aged for around two years in 30-35 hectolitres Slavonian oak barrels. The remaining part is aged in small lightly toasted casks (225 litres each) of French oak. Finally, both parts are mixed and left in a traditional large oak barrel |
