Shop Piemonte has selected for you the Barolo del Comune di Barolo. Be amazed by the harmony and complexity of this wine that is born on the hills formed by clayey calcareous soils interspersed with compact layers of grey sandstone and covered with quartz sands and fine silt. Barolo is vinified and aged in the Ancient Cellars of the Marquis of Barolo who have made this wine known since the nineteenth century in the most prestigious European courts. Hence the motto that accompanies this wine: The King of Wines, the Wine of Kings!

Tasting The aroma features notes of dried rose, plums, currants, spices, and a light hint of absinthe. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, juicy, and enveloping, with well-crafted and balanced tannins.
