Winemaking	The grapes, after a scrupulous selection, go through a spontaneous fermentation. Maceration for at least 4 weeks.

Tasting	_Al naso spiccano sentori di frutti rossi, note di viola e di sottobosco e toni leggeri di anice e tabacco. Al palato rivela un corpo pieno e avvolgente
