Winemaking The grapes, after a scrupulous selection, go through a spontaneous fermentation. Maceration for at least 4 weeks.
Service Temperature 18-20 °C
Tasting _The nose reveals hints of red fruits, notes of violet and undergrowth, and light tones of anise and tobacco. On the palate, it reveals a full and enveloping body.
Colour Ruby red, with garnet reflections
Refinement 6 months in bottle.
Storage Store at room temperature, away from heat and light sources. After opening store in the fridge and consume within a few days.
