Description

You can find it only in autumn and in winter. The recipe is like the traditional salami, adding only true black truffle cut into small pieces and a small quantity of white-truffle aroma.

It is filled in natural casings and seasoned slowly. It is left to mature for several months because as it is without preservatives it has to be dry before it is sold.
