Description

Packaged in an elegant wrapping, this Panettone is enriched with berries, covered with the traditional and tasty Piedmont hazelnut icing and decorated with almonds and sugar.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, candied berries in varying proportions 22% (sugar, strawberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries), egg yolk, butter, brown sugar, sourdough (wheat flour), invert sugar syrup, syrup glucose, emulsifiers: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids E471, sunflower lecithin E322; cocoa butter, barley malt, salt, flavorings. It may contain traces of nuts and soy.

Ingredients of icing: zucchero, egg white, hazelnuts, almonds, apricot kernels, rice flour.
