Description

The Cerequio hill is the most famous in Italy, it is the hill where everything is perfect: altitude, exposure, soils, position and microclimate give Barolo at the top of the denomination.

Michele Chiarlo has owned this vineyard since 1989 in an area with a lot of slope where terraces have been created. A very delicate job, which today however guarantees the integrity of the soil and fights hydrogeological instability.

This Barolo DOCG Cerequio has an intense, aristocratic, complex aroma with notes of small fruits, licorice, sweet tobacco.
