Description

Raw salami prepared with noble cuts of pork, flavored with aromatic herbs and spices. Stuffed in natural casing and slowly matured to obtain a product that is soft to the touch and pleasant to the palate. To the mixture of this salami, instead of the traditional red wine, we add gluten-free craft beer to create an original and curious mix of flavors.

It is filled in natural casings and seasoned slowly. It is left to mature for several months because as it is without preservatives it has to be dry before it is sold.
