The distillery Berta have decided to realize the best Piedmontese spiced brioche naturally leavened with sourdough enriched with sultanas and candied fruits, coated with crunchy hazelnuts Piedmont IGP, almonds and sugar. In order to link also this line to the world of the grappa, the Distillery have decided to reinvent the tradition to propose this panettone with dark chocolate chips of the best quality and jelly of Bric del Gaian.
Bread wheat flour 0, grappa cream(15%) (golden syrup, glucose syrup, aged grappa distilled(40% vol.), gelatinizing agent: pectin, additive E 202, colouring: E 150), dark chocolate chips (13%) (sugar, mass of cocoa, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa, emulsifiers, sunflower lectins –E 476, flavours), sugar, water, butter, yolk, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sourdough (wheat flour, water), glucose-fructose syrup, salt, natural flavours.
