Description

It is the panettone from the traditional recipe of Gran Galup, offered in a prestigious package to celebrate the original recipe which in 1937 allowed Galup to become a supplier to the Royal House. Covered with handmade IGP Piedmont Hazelnut icing which enhances its fragrance and filled with candied fruit and top quality sultanas which enrich its flavour.

Ingredients
Soft wheat flour type "0" 37%, sultanas 16%, sugar 15%, butter 12%, candied orange peel 10% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sucrose, acidifier: citric acid), yolk of category A fresh eggs from free-range hens 6%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast 3%, candied citron peel 1% (cedar peel, glucose syrup, sucrose, acidifier: ditric acid), pasteurized whole milk 1%, salt, flavourings.
