An original and creative interpretation of stuffed peaches, a classic dessert of the Piedmontese tradition. In the dough there are candied peaches and dark chocolate chips, with “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” Italian hazelnut icing covered with a delicious grain of crumbly amaretti biscuits. A dove waiting to be discovered!

Type ''0'' soft wheat flour - Candied peach cubes 14% (Peach - Glucose/fructose syrup - Sucrose - Concentrated lemon juice) - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Yolk of fresh category A eggs from free-range hens - Chocolate chips 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin) - Natural yeast (Type ''0'' soft wheat flour - Water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk - Invert sugar - Salt - Natural flavoring - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring. INGREDIENTS OF THE ICING 12%: Sugar - Fresh category A egg white from free-range hens - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Impalpable sugar (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - Natural flavourings.
