Description
Gavi Le Marne DOCG is an elegant, fresh wine, with hints of Golden apple, acacia flowers, citrus fruits and bread crust.

It was selected by Shop Piemonte because it is a well-structured, fragrant wine. Good length, roundness and flavour on the finish.

Product sheet
Winemaking Partial cold maceration followed by soft pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 12/15 days at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C in steel tanks.

Storage Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
