Description
Paolo Berta was a creation of the founder of the Paolo Berta house who, thanks to his passion and experience, and to the union of the symbolic vines of Piedmont, Nebbiolo and Barbera, began to distil this grappa with a unique personality and to keep the best vintages.

The pomaces, those coming from the most esteemed areas, are distilled separately with the traditional discontinuous method in copper steam boilers. Once distilled, they are assembled and left to rest for 20 years in barrels of different essences.
