Description
Prolonged aging gives this Grappa di Barolo 1989 a unique sensorial imprint. Its exceptionally intense color heralds that aromatic power and softness that are then found during the tasting. The barrique has developed spicy aromas in an exceptional way with very clear notes ranging from pepper to cloves, from nutmeg to brown tobacco, from anise to licorice.

These first sensations accompany and reveal below fruity aromas of jam, cooked apple, dried plum, almond and walnut. Then again a hint of honey, all in an extremely frank whole.
