Prolonged aging gives this Grappa di Barolo 1991 a unique sensorial imprint. Its exceptionally intense color heralds that aromatic power and that softness that are then found during the tasting.

The barrique has developed spicy aromas in an exceptional way with very clear notes ranging from pepper to cloves, from nutmeg to brown tobacco, from anise to licorice.
