Description
Product made with raw material from selected Italian farms and worked according to the rules of the Piedmontese translation. In the dough is used Barolo DOCG wine and a careful selection of spices, such as: black pepper powder, garlic, cloves and nutmeg.
The type of slicing preserves and enhances the organoleptic characteristics of the product, also through the manual arrangement of slices, with a wavy effect.
Now in the practical size of 80g! The product is gluten-free and milk and dairy products.

Pork, salt, Barolo DOCG wine, sugar, dextrose, pepper, spices, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
