The Langhe Tiradoss represents a beautiful experimentation with non-native grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Viognier, together with the local Nascetta. The Langhe white Tiradoss presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color. On the nose it expresses intriguing notes of boxwood and tomato leaf, enriched by tones of grapefruit and passion fruit, which create a complex and inviting aroma. On the palate it is delicate and fresh, with a nice salinity which makes it particularly pleasant and drinkable. This wine is perfect as an aperitif, ideal for opening an evening or accompanying light appetizers.

Nascetta, a vine historically cultivated in the municipality of Novello, had almost completely disappeared and only the tenacity of some producers allowed it to be saved and brought back to the dignity of single-variety winemaking. The strong bond with the territory is the common thread in the production of L'Astemia Pentita wines. It has an elegant and pleasant odorous texture, with fresh floral notes linked to the olfactory heritage of Nascetta, which chase each other and alternate with more sulphurous sensations, resulting in a complex and pleasant perfume. In the mouth it has good structure and persistence. A delicate, harmonious and slightly acidic wine.

This wine from the Langhe denomination reflects the best characteristics of each of the starting wines, made from grapes that ripen admirably on these hills and whose juice is a concentrate of sweetness and colour. It presents itself with such an intense red that it appears purple. The nose is full of fresh and fruity sensations with notes of small red fruits, but also of blackberries, plums and aromatic herbs. It is an austere wine, but soft and rounded.

Played on the complementarity of the peculiarities of the individual vineyards, it is characterized by its unmistakable balance. A symphony of excellent grapes. On the nose it is a concrete wine, with few frills and a well-expressed varietal, respectful of tradition. The picture of olfactory pleasantness is completed by some hints of fresh red fruit, sweet notes of spices and dried flowers and a good complement of more evolved sensations. In the mouth it is enveloping, tasty and savory, with a thick and wrinkled tannic texture.

From the first production experience, the 2013 harvest, it was clear that we were dealing with something particular: the complexity and elegance that the Dolcetto grape, of centuries-old tradition in the Langa, acquires in the rather loose and excellently exposed soils of Monforte. The smell is intriguing with fruity notes: hints of wild strawberry and raspberries mix with a light herbaceous sensation and the floral of violet and cyclamen. On the palate it is dry and dry, with moderate tannins and gentle acidity which contributes greatly to its freshness.
