Description

Lard is a layer of the subcutaneous fat of pigs raised in the semi-wild state, as in the case of the Agrisalumeria Luiset. To obtain this traditional Italian salami, the slice is dry salted and seasoned slowly, for at least a month, with spices and aromatic herbs.

Ingredients
Italian pork lard, sea salt, preservative: potassium nitrate. Does not contain pepper. Produced in a factory that uses spices and does not guarantee any contamination.

It is filled in natural casings and seasoned slowly. It is left to mature for several months because as it is without preservatives it has to be dry before it is sold.
