Description
Brezzo pesto is made from quality raw materials to bring the flavor of Liguria to your table.

The Ligurian dressing is a typical recipe of the Italian tradition: this sauce is made with basil, butter, cashews, grana padano, pecorino and garlic, chopped with a mortar and mixed together.

Ingredients

Genoese basil DOP 35%, Extravirgin olive oil 30%, Cashews, Grana padano cheese (milk, rennet, salt, Lysozyme: natural protein extracted from egg), Pecorino cheese, Whey, garlic, pine nuts, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

mi è piaciuto molto. usualmente mangio il pesto solo quando è fresco e fatto in casa. questo è stato una valida alternativa. e soprattutto è stato molto digeribile.
