Description

It is obtained from NEbbiolo marc coming from the Roero zone. After distillation, the ageing process takes place in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

COLOUR : Clear and crystalline.

BOUQUET: wide range of sensations, from flowery to fruity.

TASTE : Harmonious, full and commanding, of grat intensity. It has pleasant woody notes and a persistent aftertaste.
