Description

The best zucchini carefully cultivated throughout the summer in the Prunotto's gardens are used for this delicious appetizer. It is a typical recipe that enhances the true flavor of fresh courgettes.
The courgettes are blanched in wine vinegar and placed manually in the jars to be covered with the best Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Excellent product ready to be eaten thanks to its high digestibility and fragrance. They are excellent as an aperitif if cut into strips or as a "natural" appetizer.
