The "Piasì" grappa comes from the "Brachetto" grape skins. It is distilled in the traditional way in vapour stills of copper and then rests for 12 months in oak barrels of Slavonia.
Expresses an elegant fragrance, harmonious and pronounced; the taste is very soft and smooth, with hints of vanilla and roses.
