By flower pollen we mean a fine dust which constitutes the fertilizing matter of flowers. It is collected by bees on flowers and is the raw material for the production of royal jelly. It is considered by many to be the most perfect food in terms of a complete range of nutrients, in fact it contains: proteins, vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates, enzymes, mineral salts present in different proportions based on the flower from which they originate.
