Description

The Classic Method Roero Arneis DOCG Giovanni Negro Dosage Zèro is elegant on the nose with hints of dried flowers and lightly toasted bread crust. On the palate it has a crunchy and creamy foam, never aggressive. Remember pear and rennet apple. It has an aftertaste of yeast, soft, mineral, slightly bitter.
