Description
The extra sour cherry jam from Brezzo beekeeping is obtained with 120% guaranteed fruit.
In fact, during the preparation phase, one kilo and 200 grams of fresh fruit are used for each kg of jam. All the fruit is cooked delicately and left in pieces, after which cane sugar is added whose flavor enhances the aromas and hints of fresh fruit.
