Acacia honey is the best known and loved honey among the Italian ones. Brezzo beekeeping is produced in the uncontaminated woods of Roero and Monferrato where the plant has the opportunity to grow luxuriantly. It is a type of honey that is appreciated for its light color, for its sweet and sugared flavor and for the fact that it remains naturally liquid forever.
