Description
The Acacia honey from Brezzo's beekeeping is produced in the pristine forests of Roero and Monferrato where the plant grows luxuriantly and in the month of May are covered with fragrant white flowers from which bees collect a precious nectar with great greed and transform it into the excellent honey.

This honey is perfect as a sweetener for drinks, or goes well with yogurt, mascarpone, blue cheeses, meat and fish in sauce.
