A sweet and fragrant honey ideal for a breakfast or a break full of energy!

Description

Harvested in the spring in the Monferrato woods during flowering, this variety of honey is certainly among the most tasted and appreciated of apiary production.

It is easily recognizable because of the characteristic straw yellow colour, almost transparent in some vintages, and with a sweet and intense floral scent. Even the flavour, although it may vary according to the collections, maintains its precise identity: sweet and pleasant, always delicate on the palate.

Honey is presented here by Ponte Ballerine in a glass jar containing the honeycomb: the characteristic hexagonal cells made by bees for collecting honey.

Thanks to its sweet but never intrusive flavour, acacia honey is considered the sweetener par excellence for drinks and food, especially for those of the little ones.
