Description
The first young grappa from Alta Langa was born from an idea by Cocchi and Marolo, produced in a limited number of bottles with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape pomace.

Tasting _Notes of white fruit and currants combined with a lighter hint of honey and fresher vegetal notes; a very light spicy note sweetened by honey completes the overall effect of this clean, white grappa.
