Description
The main sweet sparkling wine, born in 1991.
It was a successful bet, that of wanting to make a high quality sparkling wine. Its cheerful foam brightens the atmosphere of any party and the toast is also intriguing as an apéritif, cocktail and after a meal.
Intense, clean with notes of citrus, white flowers (acacia and lime), peach, honey and caramel. Full, balanced, sweet but fragrant, thanks to its marked acid content with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

Service Temperature 4-6 °C
Winemaking White wine with fermentation at a controlled temperature for 30 days at around 16°C. Secondary fermentation in an autoclave with the addition of selected yeasts. At the end of fermentation, stabilization by cooling to -4°C, then microfiltration.
Tasting The perfume is intense, clear with notes of citrus, white flowers (acacia and lime), peach, honey and caramel. The flavour is full, balanced, sweet but fragrant, thanks to its marked acid content with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
