Description

The Baci of San Damiano are a revised version of the classic baci. Made of two waffles with a cream in the middle, they are unique because they have been invented by the baker of the small market town of San Damiano d’Asti. 

Ingredients

Hazelnuts, sugar, egg whites, wine. 

Brown wrapping: chocolate, cream.
Silver wrapping: marsala, chocolate, rum, butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa, starch, powdered sugar.

Storage Store the product in a cool and dry place at room temperature, avoiding temperature changes. Fresh pastry product, without added preservatives and with a short expiry date from the date of production.
