Description
Simple hearts of shortbread powdered with sugar. They are obtained with flour type 1, to avoid the 00 type which is too refined and deprived of the aunthentic wheat aroma.

These biscuits are realized with the recipe of the Italian shortbread that avoid the flour “00”, deprived of its real nutritive elements.

Ingredients

Flour type 1, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder, lemon vanilla.
