Description

This amaro is a forgotten traditional product from Piedmont. It was created by a 19th century botanist Domenico Ulrich, who in 1854 established in Turin a company producing extracts, perfumes and essences. The Marolo distillery has decided to bring back a revised version of this great product.
The amaro is made with 19 herbs, flowers and roots: the top note flavours are wormwood, gentian and aniseed. Marolo has therefore successfully renewed the tradition.
