Description

This honey is produced on the Piedmont Mountains from 500 to 800 meters on the sea level. It has a brownish colour with reddish nuances. One of its peculiarities is that it crystallizes really slowly. Its aroma is intense and balsamic. Is has an intense and strong taste, slightly bitter and sweet at the same time.
