Description

Ciocomel by the Mariangela Prunotto's farm is a delicious traditional dessert from the Langhe area. A delicious compote made with apples, amaretti biscuits and cocoa, made only with fruit picked at the right point of ripeness.

Try it as a dessert or as a topping on ice cream and yoghurt. You can even use it as a filling for pumpkin tortelli.
Ingredients
Apples, cane sugar, cane, amaretti biscuits (sugar, apricot kernels, egg white, milk proteins, flavourings, baking powder: ammonium bicarbonate), cocoa.
