The Cream of White Truffle and Porcini di Brezzo is an original idea that combines two Piedmont specialties that grow in the undergrowth of our hills: the Truffle and the Pore Mushroom.
Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and its group) 85%, Extravirgin olive oil, White truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 5%, White truffle aroma, Salt.
