- Whole wheat spelt flour: It is a complete whole grain milled, produced from organic farming and ground in natural stone.

- Sieve: The grain is washed, cleaned and ground with natural stone, also the thickest part of bran is removed, in order to have a whole flour.

- Grinder: It is a natural product obtained without the addition of preservatives, stabilizers or other additives.

- Ancient Flavors: It is composed of the four cereals Spelt, Enkir, Rye and Kamut without wheat.
