Description
Eucalyptus honey is produced by two species of plants: the first blooms in summer and the honey produced is lighter in color and has a delicate taste, while the honey produced by the second plant has more marked characteristics than the first. It is an aromatic honey and has an intense aroma reminiscent of that of licorice.

It goes perfectly with aged cheeses with a penetrating flavor, such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino.
