Description
Brezzo Truffle Fondue is a typical Piedmont dressing. A ready-to-eat cream made by melting hard cheeses. The addition of grated truffle gives this dressing all the flavor of the Piedmont hills!

An ideal dressing for vegetables and meat, perfectly heated in a saucepan, but also tasty at room temperature.
Use it to make a real holiday lunch in Piedmontese style!
Ingredients

Fontina cheese 28%, Table cheese, Fresh cream, Water, Summer truffle (tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3%, Egg yolk, Cornstarch. Melting salt: Sodium citrate, Salt, Flavorings. Preservative: sorbic acid.
