Description
Grappa di Barolo is the only Italian grappa recognized at European level as "Indicazione Geografica" that characterizes its origin and production disciplinary. It is produced exclusively using Nebbiolo di Barolo grape. It is distinguished by its dry taste, with initial notes of tobacco and an intense finish of wood.
