Red Italian Grape Ale style beer, a combination of malt must and Nebbiolo Roero red grape must from the Malvirà farm. The sparkling is gentle.

The connotation is typically beer, enriched by the bouquet of red Nebbiolo grapes. In the perfume there are hints of cherry, fresh and dried red fruit.
