Description

Linden honey is produced between June and July from the flowers of wild plants of lime. The main feature that makes this honey immediately recognizable is aroma of menthol, clearly noticeable both from the smell and, above all, from the taste.

Pronounced aroma is accompanied by a widespread feeling of freshness, a lingering aroma, with hints almost balsamic, recalling medicinal herbs and spices.

Linden honey preserves natural sedative properties typical of the flowers from which it arises. For this reason is one of the most suitable honeys for tea in the evening.
