Description
The Braida Red Monferrato DOC "Il Bacialè" has a vinous, spicy scent where Pinot gives delicate notes of blackberries. In the mouth the taste is pleasant, with a finish of plums, pepper and cinnamon.

Colour Ruby red, with garnet reflections
Refinement Aging of the wines starts in wooden vats and partly in oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is blended for 4 months.
Storage Store at room temperature, away from heat and light sources. After opening store in the fridge and consume within a few days.
