Description

The true origins of this cake are proletarian, it was, in fact, invented by farmers during the Christmas period using hazelnuts leftover from the sale of the summer harvest. The real recipe, however, does not exist because each house created its own.

Hazelnuts, eggs, "0" flour, starch, butter, sugar, milk, cocoa, oil, salt and yeast.
