Barolo Zonchera and Barbaresco Asij have a very important function to protect and guarantee the quality excellence of Barolo di Bricco Rocche and Barbaresco di Bricco Asili: in fact, in minor years the wines aged in the two companies of Castiglione Falletto and Barbaresco, judged not sufficiently suitable to boast the diction of the cru, they are assembled with these two base wines.

Soft, harmonious and velvety. It has a moderate tannic content and is well balanced in its alcoholic and acidic functions.

It has extraordinary drinkability already a few months after its bottling.
