Gian Paolo, born into a family of farmers in the countryside, initially decided to follow his passion for technology by developing a company in the world of engineering away from the land. The values acquired during his youth in the countryside and shared by his wife, however, have never ceased to remind him of his deep love for the land. The call of home and the unique charm of the Tortonesi Hills, where the vineyards meet the horizon, did the rest. The company's motto is "Ancient Method Modern Technology", which summarizes the thoughts of winemaker and means respect for traditions with the use of the technique, which today allows nature to be respected in the vineyard and cellar, obtaining grapes of the highest quality.
