The cereal are selected following quality, safety and biodiversity criteria and the grains are grinded in the respect of their original characteristics with no addition of preservatives, stabilizers and additives.

The "Setaccio" is the semi-whole wheat flour wheat Mulino Marino.  The grain is washed, cleaned and ground to natural stone, also the part is removed bran (fiber) thicker, to obtain a flour in all and for all integral but with a lesser amount of bran.  The grinding by means of the stones allows instead to obtain the presence of the germ in the flour and to obtain it in a single step without heating. This procedure means that the flour is more nutritious, more digestible and more fragrant.
