The soft wheat flour 0 by Mulino Marino is obtained from piedmontese organic farming methods such as cylindrical milling. The cereal are selected following quality, safety and biodiversity criteria and the grains are grinded in the respect of their original characteristics with no addition of preservatives, stabilizers and additives.
