The soft wheat flour 0 by Mulino Marino is obtained from two piedmontese organic farming methods such as natural stone milling and cylindrical milling. The cereal are selected following quality, safety and biodiversity criteria and the grains are grinded in the respect of their original characteristics with no addition of food preservatives, stabilizers and additives.

The grain is selected following criteria of quality, safety and biodiversity. It is washed, cleaned and milled by natural stone. The milling by mean of stones, allows to keep the germ in the flour and to process it in a single passage without heating it up. The "Setaccio" is the semi-whole wheat flour wheat Mulino Marino.  The grain is washed, cleaned and ground to natural stone, also the part is removed bran (fiber) thicker, to obtain a flour in all and for all integral but with a lesser amount of bran.  The grinding by means of the stones allows instead to obtain the presence of the germ in the flour and to obtain it in a single step without heating. This procedure means that the flour is more nutritious, more digestible and more fragrant.
