Description

This flour tells the history of the cereals. It is composed by the most ancient cereal, the Enkir,  spelt and by a selection of soft wheat, natural stone milled and with no addition of additives and improvers. Thanks to its varied composition is ideal for any recipe.  Ideal for making any type of recipe!

The "Setaccio" is the semi-whole wheat flour wheat Mulino Marino.  The grain is washed, cleaned and ground to natural stone, also the part is removed bran (fiber) thicker, to obtain a flour in all and for all integral but with a lesser amount of bran.  The grinding by means of the stones allows instead to obtain the presence of the germ in the flour and to obtain it in a single step without heating. This procedure means that the flour is more nutritious, more digestible and more fragrant.
