Description

This Panettone (spiced brioche with sultanas) was born thanks to the collaboration with Massimo Albertengo, owner of Albertengo Panettoni. This unique Panettone is made with the “Xyauyù”, an oxidized beer that reminds the excellent raisin wines. It also contains sultanas and an icing made with almond, hazelnuts, sugar and albumen.
